Perform remote assistance to resolve computer issuesUse a ticket system for call notes and problem trackingSetup and configure printers, computers, laptops, broadband modems and basic routersReturn customer calls in a timely mannerManage daily, weekly or monthly goals set by managementTroubleshoot computer and printer issues on-site in the Corporate OfficePack equipment for shipment to retail locationsUnpack and receive equipment shipped from retail locationsDeliver outstanding service and direct support to all retail locations, by resolving any issues in a timely mannerDevelop and maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular and Verizon Wireless policies and proceduresJob Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED requiredExperience troubleshooting computer software and hardware issuesMust be able to lift 30 lbs.Experience troubleshooting internet, wireless and wired network connectionsBasic understanding of networking a plusAbility to troubleshoot a problem until it is resolvedAbility to meet deadlinesWillingness to learn and take on new responsibilitiesExcellent telephone customer service skillsStrong problem solving and organizational skillsClose attention to detail and strong analytical skillsInterpersonal, verbal, and communication skills are essentialAbility to work independently and multi-task in order to achieve Corporate Office goalsPositive attitude and pleasant demeanorProfessional appearanceTeam playerRussell Cellular is a Verizon Authorized Retailer that has been in business since 1993.
