We are looking for a IT Helpdesk Representative to become an integral part of our team.

As an IT Helpdesk Representative, you will provide remote IT support to a global organization, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.

This role involves adhering to established processes, collaborating with advanced support teams, and maintaining alignment with Service Desk KPIs to deliver exceptional service.

What will you do:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Guide users through step-by-step problem resolution.
  • Log, track, and update tickets in the helpdesk system.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues and solutions.
  • Assist with account setup, password resets, and access management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and follow up on unresolved issues.
  • Constantly updated with the latest IT tools, security protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience working in an IT environment within a global organization.
  • Prior experience providing support for Microsoft 365.
  • Previous experience with Oracle system support.
  • Strong ability for self-directed learning and adaptability to new technologies.
  • Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong service orientation with problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
