You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Leading the planning, deployment, operation, and availability of enterprise IT infrastructure ensuring 99.9%+ uptime
• Owning patch management, capacity planning, observability, and infrastructure lifecycle management
• Defining, maintaining, and testing Disaster Recovery plans while driving continuous improvements
• Driving compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, energy-sector requirements)
• Managing infrastructure vendors, and SLA performance
• Leading and developing infrastructure and IT operations teams
• Collaborating with Cyber Security, Applications, and business stakeholders while driving automation and standardization
• Presenting infrastructure roadmaps, risks, and investment proposals while supporting Agile and DevOps enablement

• Have at least 3 years of experience in Leadership of IT management and IT infrastructure.
• Expert-level familiarity with ISO 27001, NIS2 Directive, Dora
• A proven track record of maintaining 99.9%+ uptime in mission-critical environments using modern AIOps, observability, and cloud-native tools
• ITIL 4 Strategic Leader (Operations), or professional-level Cloud Architect experience
• Experience driving Agile and DevOps transformations while integrating technology into unified enterprise platforms
