IT Level 1 Support Specialist

Description

We are only looking for either level 1 or level 2 IT support experience at most in terms of what we are targeting for this specific role. Any experience working as an IT support specialist working in a manufacturing environment or similar would be a plus. Qualifications:

-Hands on, level 1 support. deploy, install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems

-Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

-Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft 365

-No telework, all duties will be performed on-site.

Education:

Associates Degree in Computer Science plus A+ certification would be preferred, but not mandatory
