IT Logistics Driver

• WHAT YOU WILL DO: As an IT Logistics Driver, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of IT equipment between warehouse locations and multiple customer sites. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of critical IT assets that support daily business operations. You will play a key role in ensuring deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule while maintaining strong communication with both warehouse teams and on-site stakeholders. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Transportation & Delivery

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle along a designated “milk run” route to multiple work sites 


• Transport IT equipment securely, ensuring damage-free delivery and handling


• Load and unload equipment with care, following proper handling procedures


• Adhere to delivery schedules and ensure timely pickups and drop-off

Vehicle Maintenance 

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety


• Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools


• Experience handling or transporting IT equipment


• Basic understanding of IT hardware and terminology


• Experience with route optimization and multi-stop delivery schedules
