Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking an IT Manager for the Office of Information Technology ( OIT ). Reporting to the Assistant Director, OIT - Enterprise Application Services, this position has the lead responsibility to provide vision, leadership, and technical expertise in Enterprise Document Solutions support, integrations, migrations, and implementations.Among the key duties of this position are the following:
Manages large-scale, complex projects and operational activities.
Interfaces significantly with other technical and functional groups across the university community.
Manages a staff of developers and analysts in analysis, planning, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Document Management (Perceptive Content, DocuSign) and other university enterprise applications including integrations and interfaces with many important University systems.

Strong client relationship management skills.
Ability to develop quality functional and technical documentation.
Demonstrated excellent oral/written communications skills and interpersonal skills, and capable of functioning effectively in a team environment.
Experienced in design and development of Perceptive Content.
Proficient in Docusign.
