The IT Performance Analyst, Digital Products is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of Unilode’s digital solutions. This role ensures data-driven decision-making, continuous improvements, and service excellence through reporting and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and Analyse Digital Product Performance

Business Insight, Drive Results, Ensure Accountability

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Unilode’s digital solutions.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement through performance analysis.
• Work with technical teams to diagnose and resolve performance-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain health of IoT data collection network.

Develop and Maintain Performance Dashboards

Customer Focus, Collaborate

• Design and manage real-time dashboards for product and service performance tracking.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting tools and platforms.
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to enhance product efficiency.

Support Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• Recommend improvements to product design, infrastructure, and service delivery based on analysis.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT performance analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
