Position: IT Procurement Analyst


 


 


Position Summary:


 


We are seeking a highly motivated, early-career Procurement Analyst to support our Procurement function across systems administration, project execution, reporting, and contractor management. This role builds foundational procurement, analytical, and operational expertise and provides exposure to contracting and vendor management responsibilities.


 


 


 


Essential Duties


 



  • Procurement Systems & Tools:

    • Support administration of procurement systems (intake, sourcing, contract tools)

    • Maintain system data integrity and support enhancements




 



  • Project Management & Reporting:

    •  Support procurement initiatives and track milestones

    • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics




 



  • Procurement Operations Support:

    • Assist with vendor onboarding and sourcing activities

    • Support stakeholder requests and procurement workflows




 



  • Contracting & Vendor Management:

    • Support review and processing of contracts below the approved threshold

    • Maintain contract documentation and reporting

    • Coordinate with legal, finance, and business stakeholders on contract execution

       






 




  • Skills, Knowledge and Abilities 


                            


    Required:


     



    • Strong Excel proficiency

    • Excellent communication skills

    • High attention to detail

    • Ability to work onsite full-time in Stamford, CT


     


    Preferred:



    • Exposure to procurement or contracting environments

    • Familiarity with procurement or contract management systems


     


     


    Experience & Education Requirements


     



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field

    • 0–3 years of relevant experience




 


Notes about this role:


 


This role will begin 5 days a week on-site and then move to a hybrid working schedule of 3 days onsite/ 2 days remote.


This role is a 6 month contract-to-hire
