REQUIREMENT:

IT Procurement Technician 2

Austin, Texas (Hybrid)---Locals Only

Need Overall 10+Years of experience

3 References from the recent projects are must.

Minimum Qualifications:

5 years of Experience drafting RFPs within Texas state health agencies

5 years of experience leading JAD sessions to elicit requirements from stakeholders

5 years of experience developing key performance measures for solicitations and resulting contracts

Preferred:

"5 years of Preferred Experience in Texas Medicaid"

"5 years of Preferred Experience creating process flows for AS-IS and TO-BE models."

"5 years of Preferred Experience development cost models, pricing workbook and financial requirements"

5 years of Preferred Prior experience developing Federal funding requests (Planning and/or Implementation Advanced Planning Documents).

5 years of Preferred Knowledge of the State of Texas Procurement and Contract Management Guide.

5 years of Preferred Experience drafting RFPs within Texas state health agencies

5 years of Preferred Experience negotiating large contracts.

5 years of Experience performing quality assurance activities on large projects.

Specific Skills:

RFP writing and procurement documentation

Stakeholder collaboration

Procurement coordination with legal and contracting units

Development of solicitation packages and cost models

Familiarity with software licensing, pricing, and negotiation

Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD) or Contract Manager (CTCM) preferred
