IT Product Analyst - Hiring Urgently

Opening with our retail brand client for an IT Product Analyst. Open to remote work in the U.S.

Seeking a dynamic and skilled IT Product Analyst to join a collaborative team and play a pivotal role in the modernization of campaign management and personalization technologies. In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to empower business users with tools that enable them to identify the right audience, channel, and timing for delivering marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team to modernize campaign management and personalization technologies.
• Assist engineers in data validation and quality assurance (QA) processes for new data ingestions.
• Analyze and understand business requirements to translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize feature development based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Catalog all data within the customer data platform (new and existing), inclusive of fields, datatypes, descriptions, and permissions.
• Collaborate with product managers to create data visualizations, including reports, dashboards, and presentations. Create and analyze test audience segments within customer data platform.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campaign management and personalization technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT product analysis, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and validation techniques.
• Strong understanding of campaign management and personalization technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
