IT Project and Operations Manager\n\nJoin the leader in materials engineering solutions used to produce virtually every new chip and advanced display in the world.\n\nSkills/Experience:\n\n * Manage large strategic IT projects successfully. \n\n * Focal point for IT Operations support management.\n\n * Deep knowledge of Lab MES solution architecture. \n\n * Proven success as a Project Manager for at least one MES Solution. \n\n * Served as voice of customer for MES users and general IT end users\n\n * Collaborate globally and thrive in a fast-paced environment.\n\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with cross functional teams.\n\n * 10+ Years of Experience in IT environments\n\n * Mandarin speaking skills a strong plus\n\n\n\n\nRoles \u0026 Responsibilities:\n\n * Work directly with the client to ensure that their project and IT operations needs are met\n\n * Manage IT project team including trade partners in order to meet requirements and deliverables\n\n * Monitor financial status (through various metrics) of the project on a regular basis for the project team\n\n * Lead and pursue continuous improvement initiatives and actions to aid in achieving project objectives\n\n * Prepare project reports and documentation, manage risks and issues\n\n * Collaborate with team and other interested parties to ensure project schedules are established and maintained and are in alignment with PMO expectations\n\n * Follow through with the project team on actions\n\n * Provide direction on change management scope items\n\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\nInformation Technology (IT) Projects, MES Integration\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n7 - 10 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 25% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nYes\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nNone\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$122,000.00 - $168,000.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
