Job Description: Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking an Senior IT Project Lead to oversee technology modernization initiatives, Moodle LMS support activities, and enterprise IT projects supporting U.S. Coast Guard operations.
Duties:
Manage project schedules, deliverables, and milestones
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams
Facilitate project meetings and status reporting
Monitor project risks and mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with contract and federal requirements
Qualifications: Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
7+ years of IT project management experience
Experience supporting federal, DHS, or DoD contracts
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies
PMP certification preferred
Familiarity with FAR and federal contract compliance requirements
Working Environment: On Site

Salary Range: Pay range information will be disclosed consistent with applicable state and local pay transparency laws once available. For this position, the anticipated salary range is $120,000.000-$130,000.00, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
