Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a project manager in the IT sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
