IT Project ManagerBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for an opportunity in Jersey City, NJ! Position Title: [Project Manager] Location: [Jersey City, NJ] Anticipated Start Date: [ASAP] Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: [12 Months] Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=30 HRS WEEKLY), [HYBRID] Pay Range: [$60] - [$65] Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: * Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. * Communicates the work objectives, coordinates delivery, manages risks, ensures compliance to standards, and provides end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. * Ensures execution and delivery meets the clients' expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. * Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery - e.g., kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc. * Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams. * Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. * Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. * Gathers/facilitates status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule. * Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders. * Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards. * Supports resource planning for delivery/execution. Individual Contributor. * Scrum Master with additional experience in portfolio level functions supporting end to end oversight and program delivery * Experience enacting change continuous improvement leading teams through release planning readiness, developing, and documenting standards, and maintaining project communications * Excellent communication skills needed as candidate will be interacting across all levels of the organization Proficient in JIRA and Confluence as delivery is tracked across 20+ JIRA instancesBenefits: BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.
