Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / Product Delivery Manager to lead complex technology initiatives supporting global business operations.

You will be responsible for managing projects from initial business requirements through delivery and market rollout while coordinating cross-functional teams across business, IT, Product Owners, DevOps, external vendors, and regional stakeholders.

This role combines project management, agile delivery, stakeholder management, business process improvement, and product implementation within a highly regulated enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and business transformation projects
  


• Gather and manage business requirements with key stakeholders
  


• Coordinate third-party vendors and external implementation partners
  


• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, risks, and dependencies
  


• Track project progress and report status to leadership
  


• Support Product Owners with backlog prioritization and delivery planning
  


• Coordinate Product Security & Visibility teams throughout project delivery
  


• Drive business market implementations and product rollouts
  


• Facilitate steering committee meetings and stakeholder workshops
  


• Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to resolve delivery issues
  


• Monitor delivery KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives
  


• Develop standardized project delivery practices and Ways of Working (WoW)
  


• Coach project teams in Agile delivery methodologies
  


• Ensure effective collaboration across global business and technology teams
  

Requirements
