IT, QA Senior Manager

Seeking an experienced IT & Digital Manager to support global clinical development, safety, regulatory, and medical functions. This role partners with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions, drive digital transformation, and enhance operational efficiency in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Aligning IT initiatives with business strategy.
  


• Partnering with stakeholders to address business needs and compliance requirements.
  


• Managing IT projects and digital products within regulated frameworks.
  


• Driving process improvements through automation, cloud technologies, data analytics, and AI.
  


• Collaborating with global teams and facilitating meetings in English.
  


• Ensuring reliable IT operations and infrastructure.
  


• Applying appropriate project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of IT experience supporting development, clinical, or medical functions within the pharmaceutical industry.
  


• Understanding of drug development, clinical trial, and medical affairs processes.
  


• Experience in IT business analysis, project management, or product management.
  


• Knowledge of GxP regulations, compliance requirements, and computer system validation.
  


• Familiarity with software development, databases, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
  


• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
