About the role:

Write test cases and manage entire testing process through production implementation and support detailed end-user testing in HP ALM tool.

Maintain Test suits, writing New Testcase for the upcoming release as and when delivered from Global team in the HP ALM tool.

Work with Support team to validate production issues to maintain test environments. Work on System integration Testing with ERP solutions and helping business users with User acceptance testing.

Work on migrating the testcases from HP ALM tool to JIRA -Xray.

Provide QA Support for the Releases and Enhancements of Apriso MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) application implemented on Electrolux factories.

Create consolidated test plan, Requirement traceability matrix test tracking documents using the MS office, MS project tools.

Identify, analyze, and document problems with Apriso MES and provide feedback and recommendations to internal stakeholders on functionality.

Document Apriso MES software defects through deployment to production and send status reports during the Test execution phase.

Support release management process, including developing tasks list and supporting deployment process.

Support Apriso MES version upgrades and product enhancement release Maintaining the Sprint releases and tracking them in Jira .

Perform detailed SIT/Technical testing, Apriso Job monitoring tool and job execution log.

Performed SQL data validation using the SQL server tool.

Work with Apriso MES support team to validate production issues reported. Establish relationships with business user departments, maintaining regular communication.

Keep leadership apprised of issues, status, and resolution, escalating when necessary.

Support EBS version upgrades and product enhancement release. Test Enhancements to SAP CRM and Neptune based applications.

Qualifications required:

Candidate must have a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science and 5 years of software testing experience of which 2 years must be in Apriso MES testing and solutions.

Must also have experience in:
HP ALM, Jira, and X-Ray experience.
ERP solutions in manufacturing situations.
Creating or writing test cases and managing entire testing process through production implementation.
Creating Requirement traceability matrix SQL data validation.
