Role: IT Recruiter

Location: Washington, DC; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule

Pay Rate: $31-37/Hour

Our client is seeking an IT Recruiter to join as a key member of their Recruitment team.

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and Execute recruitment strategies aligned with the Company’s growth objectives

· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop strategic recruitment plans.

· Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.

· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

· Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates.

Requirements:

· Experience in – 5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting

o Technical, Sales, Finance or Administrative Recruiting Experience Preferred

· Proficient in – Microsoft Office Suite, ATS, Job Boards

· Soft Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills, Multi-Tasker, Attention to Detail, Confidential

· Education – Bachelor’s Degree Strongly Preferred
