What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes by performing in-depth interviews

What Is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of experience within recruiting
Experience with Federal contracting
Knowledge of recruitment processes and databases
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills including MS Office, MS Teams, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (iSolved in particular)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Knowledge of Boolean strings and other sourcing tools
Experience in IT-driven solutions
Certification in HR or related field
