What You Will Do:

• Coordinate, assist and coach Luminor employees within the Department regarding Risk management and Governance reporting topics. 


• Manage suppliers and contractors as well are respective budgets within your areas of responsibility. Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of deliveries by suppliers and contractors. 


• Manage implementation and improvement of the standards; verify they are followed. Identify areas of improvement regarding efficiency and effectiveness of Service Management and governance processes.

• Coordinate creation, implementation and reporting of roadmaps, process metrics (KPIs) within Department.


• Coordinate data collection and provide information for internal auditors, external auditors and supervisory authorities for the department. Assist and coordinate preparation of executing the remediation plans and responses to internal and external audits


• Coordinate departmental feedback on effectiveness of processes, standards and frameworks and collaborate with CIO Office and process owners on improvement opportunities, remove bottlenecks, minimize handoffs and optimize end-to-end flow of activities


• Assist teams with departmental awareness of commitments and requirements for regulatory compliance to Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and EBA guidelines. relevant to the department

What We Expect: 

• Experience in IT or business management (including process, service, risk and project management) approximately 3-5years


• Good understanding on IT processes and technologies


• Project management skills


• Knowledge of IT and Information Security frameworks, such as NIST, COBIT, DORA, ITIL and/or other IT process management frameworks, very good understanding of related principles


• Familiarity with banking, or working in a similar regulated industry (e.g. financial services)Relevant university degree within IT/Business or relevant work experience 



















• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

• Gross salary. 3,380 - 5,080 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
