Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an IT Service Desk Technician based out of our Harvey, IL office. Reporting to Manager of IT Infrastructure and Operations, this person is responsible for providing first level technical support for incidents and requests reported to the IT service desk. The role’s responsibilities include initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution of first level cases; commonly regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $52,160 - $71,720. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
