Job Description - I.T. Services Client Executive - Capital Markets
Drive revenue and profitability, managing P&L across multiple deal structures within Banking & Financial Services domains. Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, influencing strategic decisions across their business enterprises. Utilize a consultative proposal process and customer account plan, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to develop solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Foster collaborative relationships with Sales, Business Consultants, and Solution Architects to maximize customer engagement and growth. Apply deep knowledge of delivery models, IT methodologies, and performance management tools, such as scorecards and SLAs. 8+ years of IT Services/Consulting experience across a portfolio including Applications, BPO, Digital Transformation, Advisory Consulting, and Infrastructure, Cloud & Security. 5+ years of leadership experience, directing customer engagement, business forecasting, and financial (P&L) management of a $10M+ book of business. 5+ years of industry experience leading Banking & Financial Services engagements. Ability to travel up to 40-50% of the time. MBA or prior Consulting Practice experience is a plus.
