We are seeking a hands-on IT Specialist who is hungry to grow, problem-solve, and take ownership of our firm’s technical infrastructure. This individual will manage day-to-day IT operations, support attorneys and staff, ensure data security and compliance, and help implement systems that improve productivity and collaboration.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide daily IT support to attorneys and staff across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Maintain and troubleshoot servers, workstations, printers, and networking systems.
Manage user access setup for new hires, including account creation, permissions, and system onboarding.
Oversee device provisioning, configuration, and deployment for new and existing team members.
Maintain detailed IT inventory records for laptops, peripherals, software licenses, and related equipment.
Administer firm-wide systems such as Microsoft 365, document management systems, and practice management tools.
Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable legal standards.
Coordinate with outside vendors and service providers for specialized IT support.
Implement and manage system backups, updates, and cybersecurity protocols.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes from a technology standpoint.
Research and recommend new tools and processes to enhance firm efficiency, scalability, and security.
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
2 – 5 years of IT experience, ideally in a professional services or law firm setting.
Strong understanding of networking, servers, and cloud-based systems (Microsoft 365, yes Power Automate, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
Familiarity with document management and legal practice management software a plus (e.g., NetDocuments, Clio, Etc.).
Experience with access control, inventory tracking, and device lifecycle management.
Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
