Job Overview:

As our IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company's technology systems. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to our employees. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor the company's network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and other hardware.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications, and security tools.

- Monitor and maintain data backups and disaster recovery plans to ensure the safety and security of company data.

- Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and providing training when necessary.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements and upgrades to our systems.

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that will improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common business applications.

- Knowledge of data backup and disaster recovery procedures.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
