Position Overview:

As an IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company's technology systems. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our hardware, software, and network infrastructure, as well as providing technical support to our employees. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and provide timely resolutions

- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements

- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning properly

- Manage user accounts and permissions, including creating and disabling accounts as needed

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network related issues

- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on all systems and equipment

- Keep up-to-date with new technology developments and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems

- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Familiarity with network security protocols and data backup procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
