Requirements

v  Strong problem -solving and analytical
skills

v  Knowledge of computer hardware,
software, and networking

v  Experience with Microsoft Windows and
Office 365 environments

v  Ability to troubleshoot technical
issues efficiently

v  Strong communication and customer
service skills

v  Ability to work independently and in a
team environment

v  Able to communicate fluently (written
and verbally) in both Dutch and English

v  Ability to handle multiple tasks and
prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications

v  Degree or certification in Information
Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

v  Experience in IT support, system
administration, or network management

v  Certifications such as CompTIA A+,
Network+, Microsoft, or Cisco are an advantage

v  Knowledge of cybersecurity best
practices

v  Familiarity with cloud services and
virtualization technologies is a plus

What you wil be
doing
As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and
maintaining computer systems, software, and network equipment. You will provide
technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues,
monitor system performance, manage user accounts and access rights, perform
system updates, and ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
Additionally, you will assist in implementing new technologies and improving IT
processes to support the organization's operational goals.
