Job Title: IT Specialist

Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company based in Jonesboro, Arkansas. We are currently seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain all computer systems and networks within the company

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity

- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed

- Perform regular backups and ensure data security and integrity

- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements

- Provide technical support and training to employees on various software and systems

- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for implementation

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve business processes

- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers

- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance

- Maintain inventory of all hardware and software, and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications

- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations

- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and environments

- Experience with project management and vendor management is a plus
