Position: IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems

- Monitor and maintain network security, ensuring data protection and system integrity

- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity

- Train and support employees on proper use of hardware and software systems

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs

- Manage and maintain inventory of hardware and software assets

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications

- Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
