IT SPECIALIST

Position: IT Specialist

Job Type: (Remote)

Dayton Roger's Contract is seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all aspects of our company's information technology systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, and networking systems

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems

- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure system security and stability

- Manage and maintain company databases and servers

- Provide technical support to employees for all IT related issues

- Monitor and manage system backups and disaster recovery plans

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and upgrades to improve system performance and efficiency

- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and requirements

- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for company systems

- Train employees on proper use of hardware and software systems

- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems

- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite

- Familiarity with database management and server maintenance

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and environments.
