TITLE: IT support

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily IT support and trouble shooting.
Maintenance of a whole IT structure,including server, PC, network, telephone, printers, and all other IT related issues.
Procurement IT related items.
Network monitoring and reporting.
Coordinating with contractors work on IT solution and maintenance.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
No less than 3 years experience of company IT support (Avaya, NAS, client PC, network,wireless network, Windows Domain, etc).
Wide-scale knowledge of all IT areas.
Strong analyzing and solving skills in Windows and network trouble shooting and network monitoring.
Good at wireless network configuration and trouble shooting.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent oral English and written English.
Bachelor degree above, major in IT related.
Good learning skills.
