IT Support

• Provide first-level IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  


• Assist with online learning platforms, digital tools, and communication systems.
  


• Set up, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and IT infrastructure.
  


• Support website development, updates, maintenance, and UI/UX improvements.
  


• Apply programming skills to automate and enhance internal processes.
  


• Research and integrate emerging technologies, including AI and automation.
  


• Assist with data protection, security updates, and backup management.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  


• Knowledge of IT support, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure.
  


• Familiarity with networking, databases, and system administration.
  


• Basic to intermediate web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress).
  


• Basic programming experience (Python, JavaScript, PHP, or similar).
  


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  


• Adaptable and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
  


• Interest in self-learning and emerging technology trends.
  


• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  


• Able to work under pressure with an innovative mindset.
  


• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
