Job Description - IT Support
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, lasting for a duration of 6 months.
The role involves coordinating the activities of regional members of the IT service desk and PC client field engineer support functions. This includes monitoring and overseeing submitted IT incidents, service requests, and potential escalations. It also involves aligning with the global service desk management team, other regional service desk representatives, and primary outsourcing service providers. Candidates should have proven working knowledge and understanding of IT operations, workplace support processes, change management processes, service delivery management processes, ITIL, and ITSM.
The position will interact and align with third-party IT service providers supporting the *** organization.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a service desk/service delivery coordination role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sense of ownership, teamwork orientation, and collaboration mindset.
IT Technical Degree preferred.
