Job Description - IT Support

Overview

Audacy is seeking an outgoing professional to join our Technical Operations teamto support some of Milwaukee and Madison’s most iconic brands: 99.1 the Mix (WMYX-FM), 103.7 KISS-FM (WXSS), Hot 105.7 (WXSS-HD2), and 1250 AM THE FAN (WSSP-AM), as well as Mix 105.1 (WMHX), 105.5 Triple M (WMMM) and 94.9 WOLX.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Responsible for all station computer systems.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot & repair IT equipment and systems: including servers, workstations, phones, printers and network equipment.

Onboarding new employees with computers and system set up.

Develop solutions and recommend system changes as needed.

Resolve technical problems for critical systems with regard to security, performance, recovery, management and/or usage to company standards.

IT support at Milwaukee and Madison facilities as well as Off-Site Facilities

Assist engineering with broadcast technical operations and maintenance of broadcast equipment

Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

2+ years experience in technical support role

Strong working knowledge of the following systems required:

Desktop and Server hardware, Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, iOS and Android Operating Systems, Google Workspace, and Network Hardware including HP/Aruba/Cisco switches.

Excellent customer service skills are required; must be extremely organized and detail oriented. 4 year, technical degree, or equivalent on the job experience required.

Must be physically able to move heavy computer equipment/boxes, safely climb short ladders without assistance.

A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and proof of insurance is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to identify colors, use close and distant vision, visually focus, hear, balance, sit, walk, bend, touch/feel, carry up to 25 pounds, climb, squat, crawl, stand, lift, push/pull, reach, twist and turn. Job requires a majority of work-time to be spent sitting and typing at computers.

This position reports to Director of Technical Operations
