The IT Support Analyst plays a key role in ensuring consistent and effective IT support across Janux Therapeutics. As both a Tier 1 and Tier 2 resource, this individual will respond to and resolve user issues involving hardware, software, and connectivity. The role demands strong technical proficiency in Windows operating systems, Office 365 applications, endpoint device troubleshooting, and basic networking. Experience in biotech or lab-based environments is highly desirable, particularly in supporting scientists and laboratory workflows. This position will be essential to maintaining and enhancing user productivity, enforcing IT policy, and contributing to the reliable operation of enterprise systems under the guidance of the IT Manager.
$85,000 - $105,000 a year
In addition to a competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $105,000, we offer stock options, restricted stock units, a stock purchase plan (ESPP) and a target bonus. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and internal equity.
