We are seeking a seasoned, lead IT Support Specialist to be responsible for support at our Mt. Laurel, NJ location. In addition to local support, the technician will be responsible for supporting remote employees throughout the enterprise. This role is responsible for providing onsite support for a variety of IT-related needs such as hardware, software, onboarding, and policy enforcement. Additionally, the specialist will handle service tickets remotely, escalate complex issues to the larger IT team, and function as a liaison between onsite resources and leadership.
