Summary
The IT Support Analyst I position provides technical support to all areas of the company with a focus on end user support. This position requires engagement with most technical activities to ensure the end users are represented and to reduce minimal disruption to daily work activities. This is an extremely technical position and requires a strong working knowledge in most areas of IT.

Microsoft Windows
Microsoft office applications
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft 365 Administration
Microsoft OneDrive
File sharing and drive mapping
Networking (NIC cards, routers, etc.)
Infrastructure (cabling, office setup, wireless, etc. )
Desktop hardware and software
Remote access control/Support
Duties Include
Manage help desk tickets and priorities.
Support users with hardware, technical and application issues
User administration – User setup, onboarding, terminations, environment configuration
Security monitoring and reporting
Security control implementation
Virus protection management and reporting
Password control management
Microsoft Teams and file sharing management
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Problem solver - proactive able to work independently.
