IT Support Officer

Your role at Tech4sGroup:

• Providing 1st line support on all IT issues


• User account management


• Managing tickets to established SLA and KPI's


• Desktop set up for new users


• Maintaining the Asset Management database of IT equipment


• Up-keep of technical documentation


• Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying and resolving any issues
  
  

Profile Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience in a Customer Service facing role providing IT support


• Experience in installing/troubleshooting Windows 10/11


• Experience in managing Office365


• Any Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


• Excellent organizational skills


• Ability to handle various tasks at the same time
  

Skills in the following will be considered a plus:

• Microsoft Intune


• Atlassian Stack


• Networking


• Anti-Virus Management


• Asset Management Systems


• Supporting Mac devices


• Has an interest in information security
