IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Description

Burnett Medical Center is a rural Critical Access Hospital located in Grantsburg, Wisconsin. We are close to the St. Croix River and about an hour from the Twin Cities area. We are looking for a full-time IT Support Specialist to work in our IT department.

HOURS & SHIFT: Full-time, days, M-F, potential to share on-call duties

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with support of the IT environment. Assist with IT projects. Troubleshoot computer issues. Support and train end-users in relevant technology. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum technical degree in computer technology or relevant experience. Prefer Associate degree in computer science or information technology.

Minimum 1 year experience in computer support desired.

Experience in healthcare related information technology preferred.

Experience with Epic EMR and/or Point Click Care system a plus.
