IT Support Specialist

We are looking
for an IT Support Specialist to support business users and internal
teams in resolving application and system -related issues. This role is ideal
for someone who enjoys problem -solving, working with business systems, and
communicating with users.

What You’ll Do

• Provide
  application and system support to business users
  
• Analyze
  and resolve user requests within agreed timelines
  
• Maintain
  and update support documentation and ticketing systems
  
• Assist
  with application changes and system maintenance
  
• Perform
  security checks based on internal guidelines
  
• Train
  users on business applications and systems
  
• Support
  small to medium IT projects
  
• Work
  closely with other IT teams

• Advanced
  English skills
  
• Basic
  knowledge of .NET, C#, and SQL Server
  
• Familiarity
  with ITIL and basic project management
