As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our systems and technology are running smoothly and efficiently, allowing us to provide the best possible care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to employees and clients on a variety of hardware and software issues

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with network and server management
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing technology and software
