About This Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Support Professional to join our team. As the first point of contact for computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications issues, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and supporting our end-users.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as a first point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests
Assist with management of conference room resources and video conference requests
Assist with hardware and software deployments
Assist with management of end-user hardware and software assets to ensure accurate inventory records
Assist with configuration, maintenance, and testing of IT equipment
Assist with procurement and management of mobile devices and related data plans
Manage Active Directory security and distribution lists
FTP site access and folder management
Document incidents and service requests in the Cherwell Service Management ticketing system or similar platform
Skills Required:
1+ years of experience working on a service desk within a financial or professional services environment
Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365
Experience managing audio-visual conference room resources (laptops, projectors, audio systems recording, televisions, etc.)
Working knowledge of end-user software and hardware configurations
Strong problem-solving, customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills
Conscientious, energetic, empathetic, creative, and personable personality with a desire to function as a true advocate for the end-user
Ability to work independently while at the same time work effectively in a collaborative structure with personnel throughout every level of the company
Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, with the ability to multi-task and display a positive attitude toward new opportunities
Additional Information:
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with willingness to modify schedule to cover on-site operating hours (Monday to Friday 7 AM – 6 PM) and support planned IT projects and unplanned priority issues.
Pay Range:
$25-$32/hr
