As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and contractors, ensuring seamless IT operations and contributing to our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and efficient IT support to employees and contractors, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Configure and deploy applications, manage Intune groups, Active Directory, and Azure groups.
- Complete new hire IT checklists, deploy laptops, and assist with onboarding processes.
- Participate in IT projects, contributing to the development and implementation of new IT solutions and services.
- Contribute to the achievement of yearly IT goals and objectives, focusing on continuous improvement and increased Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices for IT support and operations.
Required Skills and Experience:- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role, with a strong background in providing IT support in a corporate environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Suite, Apple iOS and macOS, Android, Linux, Active Directory, Azure, AWS, Service NOW, FreshDesk, and other relevant IT software and tools.
- Experience with IT infrastructure, including Red Hat Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and Active Directory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and contractors at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting project deadlines.
- Relevant certifications, such as CER-Information Systems Cyber Security or CER-Cyber Security Infrastructure Technician, are highly desirable.
