Description
The Information Technology (IT) Support Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure and supporting day-to-day operations. This position provides hands-on technical assistance for hardware, software, and network issues, while also coordinating workspace logistics, equipment moves, and vendor services to ensure a safe, efficient, and functional workplace. The ideal candidate is a dependable, resourceful professional who can troubleshoot technical problems and contribute to user and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
1. High school diploma/GED required.
2. Higher education or certifications in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
3. 6 months’ experience working with LAN/WAN network infrastructure, VPN, and TCP-IP required.
4. 1 year of working with Networks (TCP/IP, WI-Fi, VPN, etc), preferred.
5. 6 months of healthcare information systems experience preferred
6. Valid US driver's license required
