Job Description - IT Support Technician - Full-Time | Day-Shift | On-Site

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed healthcare organization in Alturas, CA, to recruit an Information Technology Support Technician for a full-

time, benefits-eligible opportunity.

In this role, you’ll provide technical support across the organization by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and end-user device issues. You’ll help maintain IT equipment, resolve technical problems, document support requests, and guide employees in using technology effectively.

Schedule: Full-Time | Day-Shift | On-Site

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, test, and maintain IT equipment and systems
Document support requests, technical issues, and resolutions
Assist users with diagnosing and resolving technical problems
Train users on software applications and end-user devices
Coordinate technical support and repairs with vendors
Keep users informed throughout the troubleshooting process

What We’re Looking For

Education, Experience & Licensure

High school diploma or equivalent required
IT-related education or certification preferred
Three years of relevant work experience preferred

Skills & Attributes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of computers, servers, and network hardware
