Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Connect and troubleshoot devices including printers, monitors, and mobile devices
- Configure and support email accounts (e.g., Outlook, mobile email setup)
- Perform workstation deployments, including imaging and hardware setup
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or help desk roles
- Experience connecting and setting up IT devices
