IT System Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT Senior System Support Analyst to join our IT Demand Delivery Area. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our company’s various business units, providing crucial support to both manufacturing production and office operations. Your responsibilities will encompass defining, developing, maintaining, and optimizing IT systems to enhance efficiency across the organization.
Your Role
As an IT Senior System Support Analyst within the IT Country leadership team, you play a pivotal role in collaborating with your colleagues to equip the business with state-of-the-art IT solutions and support. In addition, you’ll regularly monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Provide technical assistance and guidance to end-users, including troubleshooting common problems and providing guidance to enhance system utilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new IT systems, software, or upgrades seamlessly into existing infrastructure while following IT standards and guidelines.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers to recommend IT products and services, evaluate proposals, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic, serving as a role model for colleagues and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Other day-to-day assignments as issued by Alleima Management and travel up to 20% of the time.
About You
We are seeking candidates who are exceptionally organized and hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and platforms, Azure LDAP, inTune, Digital Signage, and Print Management coupled with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, is essential. Moreover, a keen problem-solving aptitude with meticulous attention to detail is highly valued. Previous experience in IT within the manufacturing industry and M3 is strongly preferred.
Our IT team operates across multiple sites, comprising a close-knit group of individuals. As the designed IT representative for your site, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive IT support, spanning various areas, while receiving guidance and support from team members located at other sites. This dynamic role necessitates seamless interaction with colleagues from both IT and business sectors, coupled with adept problem-solving skills to address a diverse range of IT issues and requests.
