Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide day-to-day support for WMS, TMS, YMS, BNP, FMS, and other related systems.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
4. Assist with system configuration, testing, upgrades, and implementation of new features or modules.
5. Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Logistics, IT) to ensure systems meet business needs.
6. Create and maintain documentation for systems procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
7. Coordinate with software vendors and third-party providers to resolve complex issues or escalate support tickets when necessary.
8. Participate in user training and onboarding for new system features or applications.
9. Ensure system compliance with company policies, security standards, and data integrity requirements.
10. Provide after-hours support on a rotating schedule or as needed for critical issues or go-lives.
11. Assist in the implementation and onboarding of new accounts by ensuring accurate setup and configuration across all relevant systems.
