Introduction: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled System Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal part of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing a variety of systems critical to our operations. This role demands a proactive, knowledgeable, and adaptable individual who is passionate about technology and its application in solving real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the basic operations and functionality of assigned systems or liaise with the correct contacts to gather necessary knowledge.
• Problem Solving: Work collaboratively with system users to troubleshoot issues, ensuring efficient resolution of problems and enhancement of user experience.
• Change Coordination: Manage system changes in alignment with project management office protocols, including software updates, security enhancements, and operational modifications.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for users, managers, executives, and vendors requiring specialized system-related assistance.
• Access Control: Oversee access controls for new, existing, and exiting employees, coordinating with technical staff to ensure secure and efficient user access management.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation for system maintenance, process changes, and auditing logs.

Prequalifications:

• Required:
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entrata.
• Preferred:
  • Experience with cybersecurity stacks.
  • Knowledge of networking and VOIP systems.
  • Understanding of AI solutions.
  • Experience with EHR Systems.
• Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of web development.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365/CRM systems.
