IT Systems and Infrastructure Specialist

We're looking for an IT Systems and Infrastructure Specialist who enjoys solving complex problems, improving systems, and seeing the results of their work across a busy manufacturing environment.

In this onsite role, you'll be the technical resource for escalated issues and infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with our Vice President of Information Technology, IT support team, plant leaders, and outside partners to keep our systems secure and production ready.

What You'll Do

  Troubleshoot Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues across servers, networks, endpoints, and plant technology.

  
  


• 
  

  Administer Windows Server, hybrid identity, Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Conditional Access.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPNs, VLANs, RADIUS, and certificates.

  
  


• 
  

  Support ERP systems, EDI/AS2/SFTP connections, scanners, mobile computers, and label printers.

  
  


• 
  

  Help manage virtualization, backups, cybersecurity tools, and incident response.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead assigned infrastructure projects and document solutions so the team can respond quickly and consistently.

  
  

What You'll Bring

• 
  

  Experience supporting IT in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on Microsoft systems, networking, and security administration experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with the devices and systems that keep production and shipping moving.

  
  


• 
  

  Relevant Microsoft, networking, security, or systems administration certifications.

  
  


• 
  

  Sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to stay focused when priorities change.

  
  

What Your Day Could Look Like

You'll begin at our Cairo location by reviewing overnight alerts and escalations, then align with the IT team on issues that could affect production or shipping. Your day may take you from a server or cloud issue to a plant-floor device, a vendor call, or a planned infrastructure change. Before wrapping up, you'll update tickets and documentation so everyone has a clear picture of what's resolved and what comes next.

The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday coverage as needed.
