Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Systems Engineer (MSP) to support and improve technology environments for our business clients. You'll be a trusted technical problem-solver, handling everything from complex support escalations to server administration and IT infrastructure improvements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT support tickets involving servers, networks, workstations, and business applications.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and business IT environments.
• Perform server maintenance, patching, updates, and routine system troubleshooting.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment, connectivity issues, and VoIP phone systems.
• Manage employee onboarding, user accounts, permissions, and workstation setups.
• Support multiple business clients while delivering responsive, professional technical assistance.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with our team to resolve challenging technical issues and improve client IT operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional IT support or systems administration experience.
• 1+ year of experience supporting clients in an MSP environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Windows Server.
• Experience troubleshooting technical escalations, networking issues, and end-user systems.
• Familiarity with server maintenance, patching, and user account administration.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple technical priorities.
• Experience with VoIP systems, virtualization, backups, or cloud technologies is a plus.
